Listed below are the minimum system requirements that are needed to run your PowerTerm software to its full potential.

PowerTerm WebConnect
PowerTerm WebConnect Windows Edition
Server Components
These components and services run at the server to provide centralized management, configuration and control services.
PowerTerm WebConnect Server
- Microsoft® Windows Server 2000 SP4, 2003, and 2008
- 150 MB of free Hard-Disk space for PowerTerm WebConnect Server
- 400 KB of RAM for each active session
- Enabling the PowerTerm WebConnect Reconnect feature will consume additional memory per session.
PowerTerm WebConnect Load Balancer Server for Windows
- Microsoft® Windows Server 2000 SP4, 2003, and 2008
PowerTerm WebConnect DeskView
- Microsoft® Windows Server 2000 SP4, 2003, and 2008
- MS .NET 3 and higher
| NOTE: For installations of 250 or more users, we recommend using a dedicated server running PowerTerm WebConnect processes only. IIS Web Server can serve web pages related solely to PowerTerm WebConnect installation. |

Client Downloader Components
The components are used to install and configure the client (user) components described above.
ActiveX Windows clients that are launched via the browser require:
- Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher
- Mozilla 1.x, enabled by Sun Microsystems Java 2 Platform; Stand. Ed. V1.4.2 and higher
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5, enabled by Sun Microsystems Java 2 Platform; Stand Ed. V1.4.2 and higher
Java Windows clients support the most advanced versions of Java SDK:

PowerTerm WebConnect Terminal Server Components
PowerTerm Terminal Server Agent is required to provide seamless windows functionality, remote browsing for application publishing and load balancing.
