Eran Heyman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
|
Eran Heyman brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry.
As the founder of Ericom, Mr. Heyman continues to guide the overall vision
and success of the company. Mr. Heyman plays a key role in defining the
future direction of the company product vision and strategic alliances.
Mr. Heyman began his career in the Israel Air Force and has been a consultant
to IBM & DEC, integrating systems running on IBM Mainframes, Digital VAX/VMS
and various UNIX machines.
Mr. Heyman holds a degree in Economics and Business
Administration from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Brian Berns, Chief Operating Officer
|
Brian Berns joined Ericom in 2006. Brian is a software industry veteran with over twenty years of experience, including executive positions at Fair Isaac Corporation (FIC) and Brio Software (now Oracle).
Additionally, Brian has been the founding member of several successful software start-ups.
Brian has a BA from Yeshiva University, an MS from New York University and studied computer science in the graduate program of the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at NYU.

Stewart J. Edelman, Chief Financial Officer |
Stewart Edelman is responsible for managing Ericom's finance and legal
departments (including software licensing and logistics), investor relations, as well as managing the corporate
structure and tax planning of the company’s worldwide offices. Mr. Edelman joined
Ericom in 1999 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial control of
high-tech companies, having held positions in various companies within the Finance
and Operations departments.
Mr. Edelman holds a BA in Accounting–Economics from
the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986.

Ilan Paretsky, Vice President of Marketing |
As Ericom’s Vice President of Marketing,
Ilan Paretsky is responsible for the global marketing activities of the company.
Prior to joining Ericom in 2005, Mr. Paretsky held various leadership positions
in marketing, business development, project management and software development,
in the global software and telecom industries for such leaders as Amdocs,
Comverse, New Dimension Software (BMC), and Tadiran Electronics Industries Ltd.
Mr. Paretsky holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, and an MBA from the University of Heriot-Watt – Edinburgh Business School.

Ronit Carmeli, Human Resources Officer |
Ronit Carmeli joined Ericom in 1999 and is responsible for human resources strategy,
budget, policies and procedures, as well as administration activities. Ms. Carmeli
has a diversified background in HR management, with more than 12 years in the
high-tech industry.
Ms. Carmeli holds a B.A. in Geography and Complementary
Studies and a diploma in Human Resources Management from the Hebrew University
of Jerusalem, Israel.

Ian Platt, Managing Director Ericom Software (UK) Ltd. |
Ian Platt heads the European offices of Ericom, based
in the United Kingdom. Mr. Platt joined Ericom in 1999 bringing a wealth
of experience as Sales/ Commercial and Marketing Director, with over 15 years in the computer industry.
Mr. Platt holds an Engineering Degree from the University NSW, Australia, majoring in
computer studies and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Birmingham University, UK.

Moshe Reches,
Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Asia-Pacific
|
Moshe Reches is responsible for proactively seeking out new partners, customers
and business opportunities, as well as initiating first contact with prospective
clients and business partners. Mr. Reches joined Ericom in 1997, and has over
30 years of sales and market development experience. Prior to Ericom, Mr. Reches
was among the founders of Adacom, a developer of networking.
Mr. Reches holds a BA in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Amir Egozi, Vice President of Advanced Technologies
|
Amir Egozi leads the research and implementation of advanced technologies
of the PowerTerm series of products. A veteran in the technology industry,
Mr. Egozi began his career as a software engineer in the Israel Air Force.
Mr. Egozi joined Ericom in 1998 as a programmer and has served as VP of Development prior to becoming VP of Advanced Technologies.
He brings with him over 18 years of experience in the field of computer programming.
Mr. Egozi holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Sciences from the Technion, Haifa, Israel.

Dan Shappir, Vice President of Software Development |
Dan Shappir is responsible for all aspects of product design, software development
and maintenance of the Company's product lines. Mr. Shappir joined Ericom in
2001 and brings over 15 years experience in computer programming, and in the design and
architecture of software products.
Mr. Shappir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science
(with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and an M.Sc.
in Computer Science (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Valery Gelfman, Vice President of Operations |
Valery Gelfman is responsible for all product plans and roadmaps at Ericom.
Working closely with partners and customers, Mr. Gelfman is in charge of implementing
methods, assigning resources, and monitoring the development and QA processes.
Mr. Gelfman joined Ericom in 1999 as Project Manager. Since then he has been
promoted to Chief Technology Officer, and in 2004 he became Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Gelfman holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Kharkov, Ukraine.
